When you click the Latch add-in within Microsoft Word, you'll be asked to select a Latch Playbook or continue without a playbook.
1. Depending on the type of agreement you are working with, choose the appropriate Latch Playbook or continue without a playbook if the playbook for the type of agreement you are negotiating isn't setup.
2. If you continue without a playbook, you will only have access to the Modify, Ask and Summary Features.
3. If you select a specific playbook, Latch will try to automatically detect the defined terms used to refer to the parties in the agreement and assign them to the party names used in your Playbook. You can also manually enter this information yourself into the inputs.
Additional to the Modify, Ask and Summary Features, you will also have access to the Checklist and Clause Library Feature.
